Because his actual routine is probably working out multiple times a day, 6 days a week with a trainer. You guys always forget celebrities are wealthy and busy.
I went to a school growing up with kids of ultra wealthy in a major market. My best friends dad owned an offshore oil company.

>his dad during a call has a trainer show up
>does 5 different workouts, drinks a protein shake, gets a steroid shot all while talking on the phone
>few hours pass
>trainer shows up again, 2 exercises and then stretching, green shake
That's it. In total it was like an hour of his time while he was on the phone doing business shit.
Imagine if you were an actor who depends on getting roles for having a good body.
They just put in the work because it's easy for them if they pay other people to make it easy for them. They workout in their homes, they do PEDs, they likely have adrenochrome.
