abs in pictures are like a tensed bicep, or a dehydrated bodybuilder at a competition. The abs don't always look like that, and if you look you'll find all kinds of pictures of athletes and celebrities with great abs that have lots of loose-skin-like folds in sitting positions.

Assuming you're not just fat, this is a postural problem. You have an improper pelvic tilt that is causing your spine to bend inwards in a way that causes your stomach to protrude.

Sitting in that posture limits the amount of muscles you can use to mask this problem so it becomes more obvious when you're sitting with a slouching posture and a pelvic tilt.

Check if you have pelvic tilt and also bloating from all the diet shit that you eat and your body isn't used to. Obviously if your stomach muscles are visible and you are not just a fatass lying to yourself.
