I tried joining a run club on sunday. I went there alone, smiled and said hey, asked if this is the run club meeting point. Some people unenthusiastically said hi back but most already knew each other and gave me the cold shoulder. I did the warm up and then ran alone in the middle of the group in awkward silence. I tried to stay open but it was very obvious people didn't want me there.
The group always goes for coffee or some event together after the run but I just left.
I feel so fucking defeated. I spent 5 years of consistent lifting and running to build myself up but it's all useless because of my horribly ugly face and manlet height (5'9").
I have no idea how to go on.
