ATP is caused by weak glutes, hamstrings and lower abs.
Exercises that strenghten those muscle will fix it, RDL's fixed mine.

literally just tuck your tail bone at all times. I’ve got this worse than any of you and have straightened my lordosis considerably with shoulders back-tail tuck repetitions.
