Only going on general theory here but it's sound: stretch the muscles/tissue where it's tight, and lift with the muscles where it's loose. Touch your toes and do ab work.

ATP is caused by weak glutes, hamstrings and lower abs.
Exercises that strenghten those muscle will fix it, RDL's fixed mine.
Don't bother with meme shit like planks.
