How hard do you have to roid to be this big and lean AND run marathons in your 30s?

That is completely achievable in your 30s, even if you weren't an athlete growing up, but you might need to either be unemployed or work a low stress low effort job, depending on genetics.

I was losing a shit ton of mass when i was training for a traithalon so ended up just doing a 500mg test cycle and that was okay. I still probably lost 5kg or so as it's hard to eat as much as you need when doing all that cardio.

Sat: Long Run
Sun: Legs (light), Core
Mon: Shoulders, Easy Run
Tues: Speed/Intervals
Weds: Back, Biceps
Thurs: Tempo Run
Fri: Chest, Triceps

Repeat until your race, ideally you give yourself 16-24 weeks of this. The lifting days feel great when not having to do cardio. Fine to miss a session here or there, but keep to it as much as possible. Eat well and sleep well!

you can also just take a medium dose of DXM (this is one of the many things that they used to use on race horses). It's actually an unbelievably good ped for eliminating your ability to recognize fatigue. If your pull-up max is 3-4, you could probably rep out 20 or so on a medium dose of DXM.

actually, why aren't we just horsemaxxing. Look up every single substance that has been banned for use in horse racing and start taking those.

How fast of marathons? If you are in good shape from lifting, throwing one long run a week and a couple short runs per week is probably enough

think it's ok to hit the same group but with different exercises
ie. a day of weighted dips + a day of incline press?
or when people say 2+ times a week do they mean the exact same movement?

CNS fatigue is so real. One of the biggest gains goblin you can have. It impacts your whole life. This is one of the biggest reason why rich people are much more healthier and fitter overall. Because they have option to not work in some shitty unfulfilling shift job that destroys your nervous system while robbing you of your time

31 y/o here. Lifted 1/2/3/3, started doing 1/4 triatlons this year and lost a lot of strength going from 3 day texas method to 2 day full body and triatlon. Now off-season started and I now try lifting 3 times a week, upper lower full, plus the triatlon training. I have two trainings of each discipline every week alongside the lifting. All on vegan diet btw.

This. I'm 31 and have had my peak strength from 27 until now. I've been running more the last year or two and am in better shape cardio wise than when I played football in HS. People just give up and fall into complacency.

You would be shocked at the amount of (endurance-based) limiting your body does in order to minimize long-term harm to yourself.

>You would be shocked at the amount of (endurance-based) limiting your body does in order to minimize long-term harm to yourself.
There's no drug you can take that makes you 6-7x stronger. Or give you that much more endurance. Actually more than 6-7x because strength progression isn't linear and tapers off. 10 pull ups is more than twice as hard as only 5.
Anonymous No.76623589 [Report] >>76623628
>>76623557
>stronger
No. You do not have to be much stronger to increase the number of pull ups you are doing, unless you're 120kg+. If it's your honest opinion that you have to be 6-7x as strong to do 6-7x as many pullups at the same weight, then you are retarded.
>that much more endurance
You do understand why you fail doing endurance exercises, right? It's not that your muscles are physically incapable of doing more, it's that your pns limits what your are doing to prevent muscle injury. It does this because of the (percieved) increase in acidity within your muscles, which can cause significant injury in the long term. You are physically capable of exercising until you get rhabdo, but in 99% of cases your brain and body wont let you.
This sort of thing is extremely well documented in tweakers and methheads.
Speaking of which, do not do cardio on any drug like that, because you can and will give yourself a heart attack.

If you think you can take dome drug and go from 3-4 pullups to 20+ you are retarded.
>This sort of thing is extremely well documented in tweakers and methheads.
No it is not. But go ahead, show me a example similar to your claims of doing 6-7x as many reps. I'll wait.

Age at 30 has nothing to do with it. But 100% not natty doing any acceptable marathon at that size.

Anyone saying otherwise has no experience of just how much that level of cardio demands. You just shed weight, barely have an appetite, too tired to lift etc.
