Pretty good 3 months into the gym. Brought my Deadlift from 185->295, Squat 135->215, Bench 155->195. A lot gains are from highschool muscle memory, but feeling pretty good about myself. Hoping to hit 1234 and fix some mobility issues that have hindered my squat. 5’4 btw.
I'm making gains but it's pretty slow. Right now I'm just barely starting to get out of the twink zone and starting to look actually muscular.
Kinda wish I had just been born a faggot since I'm about as tall as the average middle school girl and definitely would have been less lonely if I had been willing to use my twink looks to attract dudes, but I don't swing that way.
