About creating and balding.
Both of my granddads as well as my father have great hair. I used creatine throughout the whole 2023 year and during Christmas dinner my sister has noticed that my hair got less dense. I have stopped immediately and due to panic, bought minoxidril and rosemary oil and have started applying it.
Honestly I thing that my hair density got thinner by about 15% at the moment I was still using creatine, it did went back, but not to the point before creatine.
Male 38, I don't drink, I don't smoke, I bone 3 times a week and drink coffee.
That's my honest reaction. Now for the opinion.
I do think that it's not worth sacrificing your hair for the benefits that creatine can give you. If your goal is to be freakishly strong and bulky, just hop on gear. If your hair is already gone, or you go shaved than ok.

The results in this study aren't groundbreaking, there is only like a 1% difference before/after creatine supplementation. You shouldn't use this study to come to the conclusion that creatine supplements replace sleep; the paper provides no evidence for that at all. This is one of those studies that shows a weak correlation to justify future research.

I'll help someone out(maybe?) cause you guys have helped me with my stuff. I have used a lot of time reading up on this lately because i am hoping creatine to be a PART of a the solution as far as my overloaded brain is concerned. (Dealing with a lot of stress, possible depression, testosterone deficiency and getting way too little sleep, among other things)

Now, obviously there are a lot of factors in play when we are considering just what use and effect something like this could have for a person but i'm just gonna, basically dump my data here. And everyone can do with it what they please.

Aprox 5g of creatine will is needed to help your muscles. You will need a bigger dose to breakthough the so-called "blood-brain barrier because first the muscles are dealt with, then the bones and finally it will start helping your brain.

Stuff To Note:
If you just start with 10g it will take a while for your body to get into the state of enough saturation. Starting with a loading phase of 20-25g will get you into that state faster.

The real amount that is actually needed for a specific person comes down to their weight, how much of creatine they are getting daily and just how strained their brains are.

It seems to help with sleep deprivation because in that state your brain isn't rested enough to have enough energy for it's daily usage. Creatine helps by having your body to have another storage of energy to work with


Finally. I'm not a professional of anything. This is just stuff that i have read and heard about. So minor details might have faults in them. I haven't started to take creatine yet. Currently on the final week of my control month. I need to have something to compare my cognitive functions and energy levels to after i have started with my trial run. I'm gonna start with the loading phase of 20g and after that drop to 10g. (5g doses on different times of the day) I'll post here if i see any noticeable effects.
