I have still not heard of an actual way to fix anterior pelvic tilt, at this point I'm just convinced it's genetics and doesn't actually mean anything. Just pseudoscience shit like the "endomorph exomporph" thing

for most people it just comes from bad posture and sitting in a chair all day everyday.

The fix is just being mindful of your posture and to train your glutes, hip flexors and core. those muscles being weak is what's causing you to tilt forward. by making them stronger they'll naturally start pulling your posture straight again.

Stopped doing them after 2 years and happy about it more than a decade later. Bench is awesome though
