That chart ranking is pretty accurate.
Virgin coconut has medium chain triglycerides which actively boost metabolism, mitochondrial decoupling, thermogenesis etc.
Saturated fats (tallow, butter) boost metabolism because they oxidize cleanly though to a lesser extent than coconut oil.
Lower quality sat fats (schmaltz, lard from onions fed pigs) is obviously worse.
Olive oil since its made of monounsaturated fat is probably the best of any unsaturated fat but its still firmly in the category of "neither good nor bad for you"
Negative health effects of PUFA and especially linoleic acid (and ESPECIALLY the cumulative effects of eating it every day for 30 years) are so well documented at this point it should be considered an act of self abuse to willingly eat a seed oil.
