Of course movies aren't good when you choose to watch the dumbest ones that have to be dumbed down in order to reach a mainstream audience. Mainstream releases are just a small portion of movies released. You're smart enough to be unsatisfied by mainstream slop, you're smart enough to find something interesting if you really want to.
