Unironically why does nobody ever talk about chin ups? My goal when I started losing weight this year was to be able to do chin ups, and now that I lost enough weight and built enough muscle to do them, all I see people talk about is pull ups

People here got it in their heads that because pullups are harder they're better. But they're just harder because they omit the biceps. There's no actual benefit and in fact they're worse since they use less muscle mass.

His muscle features are genetic. No routine can change the genetic features of the muscles. Think like "zipper abs" or suboptimal attachment points. His muscles are sculpted but they're not all ideally shaped. That's just genetics.

no bot :D humans are collection of movments they perform in terms of muscle "gemneticisms"
>n-noo hooman, humans are like deflated tire/baloon, when one works out one grows evenly in entire skeletal musculature as he is genetically programmed
that would mean that squat grows biceps bot, it doesn't, just adductors, vastus lateralis and gluteus medius
>muscle features geneticisms
whoa, very peculiar gemneticism that grew none of the biceps and all of the lat :D or was it chinup-a only routine?
I AM THE INVENTOR OF MOVEMENTS FOR VERY PARTICULAR muscles:
the modified concentration curl as u called it derogatorily bot - NO FUCKING NOBODY EVER TRIED ACTUALLY RESTING ELBOW AND FOREARM CLOSE TO ELBOW TO DO CURLS WITH SUPINATION (and i think supination is more important) IN FULL INTERNAL SHOULDER ROTATION

Not sure there's any point in responding since you're obviously mental but the other rather obvious fact is the angle of the photo isn't showing the biceps at all and well there are no pics of this person flexing but again bicep peak is 100% a genetic feature so once again you have zero clue what you're posting about

You could instantly put like 20% or more on any given lift learning to bounce the weight and develop the brace to do so. I mean it gets you stronger at something of course but even then youll hugely benefit by learning different techniques to isolate muscles or even wear out one muscle on a compound movement.

Pullups are super easy to deadhang and momentum up with your legs and hips.

pecs u say bot , what a coincidence, remember bot when i said:

>shoulder long head biceps tendon gets trapped under front delt in all variations of biceps curls (preacher included) cause delt is upholding humerus vertically in isometric hold during biceps curls - tendon in shoulder can't slide freely and u get no biceps and tendinitis if u try your best

which isn't good :D no
so if not pressing what is it? it's another climbing move, they have a que of keeping straight arms whenever possible, and they almost never retract shoulders, they roll torso one straight arm that they are hanging off bot, that's what cloombers do
to emulate such movement grab a rope attached at shoulder height and let your shoulder fly to the front as far as it goes, lean backwards and weigh it down, then roll torso onto that extended arm without ever bending elbow or retracting shoulder

maybe anchor rope overhead ? not too high but overhead, yeah, i didn't try it yet bot, but i will :D

>bench is not for pecs lol, what a clown this hooman is
it's not - u are adducing humerus with lats and performing shoulder flexion - front delt

well bot

i tried it

it is as good as i have imagined - rope attached at shoulder height, powerband tied to it, i have put my wrist through powerband and PULLED WITH PROTRACTED SHOULDER DOWN TO OPPOSITE THIGH STANDING SIDEWAYS TO ROPE ATTACHMENT POINT
oh wow, the thickness i am feeling the next day all the way to sternum, it's just unsettling, ZERO STRAIN ON SHOULDERS xD and result was immediate, i didn't have to w8 till morning even, so much teeth striations in the middle, after one go for two isometric holds spanning few dozens of seconds :D it's just fucking stoopid how god it is

This is bad, overtraining.
Muscles grow when you rest, not when you train them. You need at least 1 day off.

Fat people do not train legs and calves to failure. They train every day but little train, not a single set to failure.
Anonymous No.76759228 [Report]

so just do pullups throughout the day, not training till failure, just a couple every now and then

I once got stuck inside my parent's old house. Its run down, only used for storage, they live in an apartment. I wanted to get food for their cats, some meat, I don't remember. I closed the door, by mistake. Its a metal door, cannot be opened from the inside. Windows have bars. It's a broken house where no one lives, we just have some fridge for the eggs and other products from our goats.
Well, I got stuck, i couldn't open the door, I didn't call anyone.
I got a chair and managed to grab the wooden beams, square shaped, that were sticking out from the ceiling. I had to do a pull up to climb up and then a dip with a leg lift to climb on the wood and walk for awhile, until I found the spot with no wood ceiling blocking me, I lowered myself down and I got out of the house.
So actually, from personal experience.
Neutral grip pull ups and dips are kings, better learn an L sit or something so you can stretch your legs out.
