How do I get abs? The only workout I do is daily push-ups and squats

>knee raises -> leg raises progression, pullup bar works but captain's chair/power tower/stall bars are better
>decline crunches -> weighted decline crunches w/ progressive overload

that's literally all you need.

also there's not much point in doing a quarter of a workout daily, unless you just want to get better at pushups or whatever. if you want to get bigger or stronger, get on a proper bodyweight program and train every other day. make sure to track macros and get enough protein too

Be me, just born with visible abs. Girls asks to touch it and goes "Wow you have abs" when we hangout by the river/beach/pool or have sex

"hangout" is a noun; you mean "hang out".

Is there anything I can do at home without going to the gym?

a pullup bar is $10-20. a folding aluminum walker is around $30, much cheaper than a dip station. then without going to the gym you can do a routine like
>pullups
>dips
>pushups
>chinups
>rows (hang a towel from the pullup bar)
>pike pushups
>hanging knee raises

He should be doing simple fundamentals, not this ego shit.

how are pullups an ego lift? that's a standard beginner bodyweight routine. you start with negatives or band assist if you can't do one pullup

He should be doing YTWL with bags of milk, not lifting his own bodyweight up in an exercise that can easily injure you.

Really nice and are built with heavy legpress and cable work. If you refuse to go to the gym, at weight to your squats until you can work your core properly with it.
