how can i lose weight when training always make me feel like a hungry beast afterward and i keep devoiring meals with higher calories than the exercises have lost me

What helped me is to eat soup for dinner after my training. Lots of vegetables, some legumes, potatoes + any kind of protein. My favorite one is currently with chicken/turkey meatballs or borscht. It's filling and low calorie compared to your traditional meals like rice, veggies and some meat/eggs. I love soups, especially when it gets colder outside. Makes me feel good. I am soup man.

Hard training makes me lose appetite, I often eat once or twice a day when not even hungry.

But you should eat after and before training, even on a cut, it's literally the best time to eat carbs and protein. Just don't go overboard and keep your calories intake low during other meals.
