le science men would tell you to deadlift though with no concern for the long term health of the spine
and incline bench is more of a bodybuilder thing. sure jeff nippard shilled it one time but as a whole it's been the prefered bench by arnold, sam sulek, jay cutler, etc. science just caught up to the broscience in this case
