Before the company can issue an h1b they'd have to parse through all applicants first.
This is simply a demoralization technique against scammy jeets.
There's no limit to how many people can apply or how many jobs they can apply too.
Jobs.now growing and gaining traction has already seen 35,000 h1b applicants get nuked. And that number will grow and grow. If we can get a million Americans applying for all jobs that jobs.now exposes, that brings h1b scammers to a halt. And puts checks and balances back on place for these scammer companies too.
That's the entire point. And there's nothing that can legally be done to stop jobs.now who will simply hone their AI algorithms and gain larger support from boots on the ground to expose more and more h1b jobs.
