Last time Kike Israel stepped on stage he was only 2 lbs heavier than Mike Mentzer with half of the definition. He has to vacuum because he has no definition and will just look like a normal fatass without it. Whereas when Mentzer did the vacuum it was to further emphasize back shots. I doubt a lot of those numbers. It’s also an open secret that all the navy seal dudes on tv YouTube etc were never actually navy seals. None of shitleys numbers are super elite athlete numbers, and it’s entirely plausible that they are legit, but I doubt they are that good.

Mainly his supposed 800m time which is basically a 5:30 mile pace. JV high school time, but very unlikely at 220lb. Combined with the strength numbers it would make him compared to non professionals an elite athlete and I just don’t see it when I look at him.
