What's a good body fat estimate? I feel like measurements are usually inaccurate, so I kind of have to eyeball it

I'm going to continue the cut until 220 lbs. I've not noticed too much strength loss surprisingly. I'm at about 80-90%. Also damn, eating healthy is expensive as hell

Currently doing a push/pull split, average around 4d a week. It's somewhat convoluted and I'm focusing on gaining strength for statics such as planche and front lever. But I'll try quickly summerise.
Three weeks of 4/5 days a week push pull
Push days start with banded full Planche attempts - holding till failure.
Every set using a weaker band.
After that OHP 30kg - Russian step method for gaining strength.
Banded straddle planch presses.
Weighted dips, dumbell vangelders.

Pull day -
Weighted pullups 30kg - Russian step method for gaining strength.
Banded front lever pullups. Every set using a weaker band. Weighted one legged inverted rows - 20kg. Again Russian step method. Usually train some core and legs on a pull day too as.
I'll do this for three weeks then go down to 3 days a week for two weeks. And focus more on skill attempts without bands. Essentially testing strength. Then after that phase I will train twice a week. Pure bodyweight and statics. When that's over I will take a deload week and start again.
My push days have more variety, exercise wise as I'm more focused overall on planche. So some days more scapular strength focused and others more chest and shoulders.
Oh and every session I train handstands a bit, too.

Sounds weird but I've gained alot of strength like this.
In the summer it's alot less intense and simple. As I only use bodyweight, as I'm training outdoors at cali parks.
