Knee problem
It hasn't been hurting, but it's been feeling ... hollow? numb? And the quad attached to it is now a small bit weaker than its left counterpart on leg extensions. It's been like this for almost a month now, what should I do? I've given it 4 days of rest at some point and that didn't help.
