it's like humerus rides on scapula which rides on muscles that are mostly in the back or sth
traps, rhomboids and lats, yes lat inserts on lower angle of scapula
there's also serratus which runs from front/side of ribs and attaches to scapula

>The most common causes include:

>Plyometric exercises (also called the stretch-shortening cycle or jump training), which use a series of explosive bodyweight resistance movements, such as jumping in place, box drills, kettlebell swings, and crunches
>Exercise that involves repeated hip flexion, such as squats, lunges, mountain climbers, and kettlebell swings

My left delt and trap are larger than my right side by a decent amount. Any recommendations on stretches? Anybody else deal with this? I’m in the midst of fixing my posture too. I have tight hips and ankles too.

Stretching is for 90yo fossils who refuse to go to the gym.
If you're a barbelltranny who never picked up a dumbbell in his life, then the solution is very obvious.

I use Dumbbells and barbells when doing bench, incline, overhead, decline.
