I've been trying to track my calories, and I do cardio every other day using machines at the gym.

I can't find this on any of the machine manufacturers websites, but for example, if I do 5km on an eliptical machine in 30 mins, and it tells me I did X watts of power and burned Y calories, there is going to be a significant margin or error because there is no way they are putting anything other than the cheaptest electronics into these machines.

I would assume that there is probably like a 20% margin of error for stuff like calories burned, anyone else have better information and does that assumption seem reasonable?

isometric shrug hold with DOUBLE CHIN will work out your neck well
u need 2 light dumbbells or rubber band that u stand on
the dumbbells must be light so that u can lift shoulders up without compromising neck, without craning neck, lift shoulders up and keep em lifted without any head movement

i mean thats the point you workout the neck by doing exercises that aren't directly the "neck" lifting anything like a crane, which will just injure or even kill you.

Exercise & practical use are not the same thing dipshit. Also you can't get a thicke neck if you dont train it. You dont even have to be a retard like in OP picrel. You can just do neck bridges on a bench, or fuck, even just leaning against a wall. Training the neck can reduce the likelihood of injury too.

I think the thread ignored your question, but most machines have options to input your age sex and weight. The electronics don't need to be particularly good to estimate calories, they just need info.
