How often and much weight do you squat?

2-3x a week. 2.25x my bodyweight, so usually around 455x3x3. Depends on my running load.

I don't barbell squat almost ever but when I have I can do just over 5pl8. My staples are BSS and leg extensions instead for my quad heavy work. They feel better and I don't feel like I'm gonna get snapped up like I do with barbell squats

I don't squat. I'm not a power lifter, plus it hurts my back. Most I ever squatted was 225

Same but I do hack squats because that doesnt hurt my hip and I can put a ton of weight on it.

i dont have squat rack so i do zercher squats. twice a week, currently 100kg/225lbs for 6 reps
