Anyone else completely ignore and not even look at women since they've gotten fit and attractive?

I realised that my problems weren't just self-hate, but that I'm genuinely retarded and selfish with severe intimacy issues. I can't be in a relationship or have close friends because I'm too introverted and eventually all the responsibilities that entails makes me deeply miserable and resentful to the point I sabotage any connection I make. I love that I succeeded in gaining mass and improving my body and remained disciplined, especially early on when I wasn't sure if it would work and be worth it, and that it has still improved my mental health and quality of life going forward. I did it for myself ultimately, which is the only good reason to do it.

It's my understanding that introverted and shy are different things, I find social situations exhausting because I'm participating in something I don't find particularly fulfilling or enjoyable and I think that's where the misguided resentment comes from over time.
