What kind of muscle imbalance could be causing incomplete bowel movement/incontinece?
This is something that has been bothering me for a while and I can't find a solution for it. I have tried many things like exercises, relaxations/stretches, breathing etc but nothing seems to be helping, why is that happening? I think it's a muscle imbalance because some positions and things help. For an example, a stool barely does but raising my feet is more likely to help just as raising my hands or finding a different position or shaking just as getting up for a bit and then sitting down again. There must be some logic to it but I just don't get it. One of the advice is that you need a stronger core, the other says working out causes an even stronger constipation. Why does nothing make sense?

I'm asking a question about a well known problem and have explained why and what conclusions I reached.
>for the 10,000th time
I couldn't find any useful threads on the archive about it.
