To his credit, last I checked, Greg didn't pretend to have the secret technique, he just TRAINED HARDER THAN LAST TIME.

It's just pretty hard to make a living when that's the main thrust of your training advice and your dietary advice is just to mercilessly cut calories.

There's more nuanced advice on both sides if you have the attention span for it.
