What you do is you recomp while doing hypertrophy for whole body, not just squats for lower body building though it is important to incorporate
Then after a year or two, you start getting into strength programs whether it's just 5x5s, 531, strongman, whatever.
You should build a base of good, supportive muscles. 12 pullups, chin ups and dips on bodyweight should be manageable
Be realistic, but work hard as fuck wagmi

I love weightlifting and being healthy, but this place is a psyop garbage dump meant to give you body dysmorphia and encourage you to be gay, and the only legit threads here are the powerlifting threads. The rest is just "what mode this is?" and "how get bigger butt?".
