it's enough that muscle is kinked during exercise to make it worthless, like bench and flies bot

>funny, it's like pressing isn't optimal for pectoralis development, it's like u can press without pecs at all lol :D very funny indeed :D

VERY NICE EXPLANATION BOT
i like it so much, it just lacks one crucial tidbit:
with flexing the living shit out of delt trying to do shoulder flexion long head shoulder tendon get's trapped underneath and artificially shortens the biceps and it rips like and old bitch cause u just artificially shortened it and loaded with "leghted stretch" bwahhaa
https://www.youtube.com/shorts/OGDYIr-AEGQ
and i am very glad to announce there's even better verison:
powerband hooked on thumb pulled down through wrist with sth (rug, t-shirt, whatever) on said wrist under rubber stays the same - powerband pronates forearm and u oppose it supinating (the more padding u add the more supination component there is
but i am pulling from the side lying on the floor - this way shoulder biceps tendon is almost straight and delt is still soft, very nice thank your, that's the way to go :D
and calf raises, and skullcrushers, and countless others
>there is no literature about this phenomenon
cause i made it up, i thought of it, it's also true, cause bench tends to rip pecs and preacher tends to rip biceps, and this is the best explanation there is:
it's somewhat different in bench and preachers - in bench the slack is suddenly released as barbell goes up and that is causing violent jolt on weaker end of muscle and it rips like and old bitch :D in preacher it's never released
