powerband hooked on thumb pulled down through wrist with sth (rug, t-shirt, whatever) on said wrist under rubber stays the same - powerband pronates forearm and u oppose it supinating (the more padding u add the more supination component there is
but i am pulling from the side lying on the floor - this way shoulder biceps tendon is almost straight and delt is still soft, very nice thank your, that's the way to go :D

it's somewhat different in bench and preachers - in bench the slack is suddenly released as barbell goes up and that is causing violent jolt on weaker end of muscle and it rips like and old bitch :D in preacher it's never released

yeah and your claims don't hold up to scrutiny. Bench doesn't rip pecs, and yes, I know you can find examples of some roided freak ripping their pic with a 400kg bench. 99.9% never have this issue.

oh also this is another claim you make that makes zero sense and you have zero evidence to back it up, and is a complete misunderstanding of anatomy.
You are not "flexing the shit out of your delt" when you're set up on the pad.
That guy tore his biceps because he's preacher curling 60 fucking kilos with a straight bar. That's a crazy amount of tension through the tendon. Notice how fast he lowers the weight, then he slows down at the bottom. That's like lowering a drawbridge quickly with a rope, slowing down like that suddenly multiplies the force through the tendon. If he actually controlled the eccentric that would have been much less likely to happen - but he can't, because it's too much fucking weight. That is the only reason his tendons snapped and has fucking nothing to do with anything getting trapped anywhere, you idiot. You don't understand this shit at all.

the muscle gets artificially longer as barbell goes up cause it unwraps from rib-cage and that is enough instability to rip it
like if u hold a string that's barely upholding weight and u suddenly drop it some - it will snap

consult the image that i made for you bot from your posting so that u can have EVIDENCE that pec is not straight nor free of obstruction with retracted shoulders
secondly - pec can't properly contract all the way to sternum cause it's cut off by rib-cage* and u wind up with injured and malformed and shortened/stiff pecs ruining entire upper body posture/function and aesthetics
bitch bench tits and squashed milk carton appearance ensues
* and i came up with this idea on these basis:

2) active myofascial release drills exploit this behavior - poking muscle to get it relaxed

it's a reflex bot, the delt flexing makes biceps not working properly during regular curls cause humerus is held vertically somehow - delt holds it up, it also interferes with long head shoulder tendon and biceps doesn't grow because of that

with preacher when u experience "muscular failure" your body still wants to hold weight cause it "knows" it's about to get fucking ripped, delt jumps into action and artificially shortens biceps and it rips

it's all good bot, little back and forth and the thing will clarify :D

and preachers are shite because there is no supination against resistance - powerband on thumb and goes on forearm through palm side, i just did it, supinate with bent elbow lying on the floor pulling from the side, i wrap towel on forearm to make it wiiiiiide so that moment arm for supination is bigger

there's also one overarching rule i follow - it ought not to hurt anywhere near the attachment nor origin of muscle, the feeling should be right smack in the middle of muscle belly, if not - that ain't it chief :D try sth different :D
like bench is felt in the armpit and that is BAD
