the curved screen sucked for replacing though. cracked mine like a retard and the replacement would have cost almost what I paid for the phone.

They all make 14 different models anyway, so they could have a model for the niche of people who don't take selfies and hate having a notch or hole in the screen.
>>105566424
seriously
you have phone display makes make the oled screens and then they have to holed afterwards
like, ask the manufacturer to leave 10% of the screens unmolested and sell 100% exactly the same phone model but no front facing camera
you literally save money on the internal camera components not being included
sell that as super special "not shitty ass holey screen" model alongside the regular one
that looks bound to fail, how about just dropping "infinite display" garbage instead, what is the point anyway
I was never bothered about bezels and borders, if anything they made it easy for touchscreen gestures
>>105566609
I will never understand faggots and some normies obsession with borders and bezels
No bezels or excessively thin bezels just make shit easier to break, I guess mindless consoomers don't mind because they never keep a device longer than 1 year
These laptops with a swivel display. I legitimately can't find a single laptop made after 2020 with one and any search term I try just shows me those gay Yoga tablets.

I don't get the screen hole seethe, I never notice it except when I think about it and 98% of content are on 16:9 aspect rstio when most phones are 20:9 nowadays so it really doesn't matter
>>105566424
Why? Those niche people will buy a phone with a cutout anyway since there's no choice, so why bother releasing a phone that sells in hundreds at best?

Paintings have a canvas, the quality of the canvas can improve the painting,
As such screens should have bezels made out of wood or something.

a classmate bought one back in the day
i'm pretty sure hated it but kept using it because sunk cost fallacy
tablet formfactor was not practical. it isn't even today.
it looked so cumbersome to use. i think he was coping death fighting through tears like wojak meme-ing trying to use that piece of shit.

i don't understand why you tards just don't tape your phone cameras. zip tape works great and comes off clean when you need the camera.
had one battery change after it degraded over the years into one hour standby, now it lasts more than day again and because i opened it to change the battery i just got new back cover, had black before so i went with the blue now..
when the battery degraded so much i wondered if i should get new one... Chrome would be the same, Signal, Discord, Whatsapp would work the same
>>105575225
i mean... if i should get a new phone.. but even many years later these apps i use would be the same, nothing new, maybe especially discord would be slightly more swift which you dont even need

Mine is still working like a charm.
I'll never forgive the jews for killing off pop up cameras. It was literally the perfect solution.

Holy shit I think I own this near exact model. These Sony Ericsson are some of the most aesthetically pleasing phones ever made. I wish they still worked, RIP 3G.

And, these J2ME phones had a Jabber/XMPP client made for them, so if they still were able to connect to mobile data I could have genuinely used it to do messaging on [insert corporate messenger] through bridges/transports.
