Nvidia has been wanting to get into CPUs since forever they even bought IIRC Cyrix or someone else that had bought Cyrix that had an x86 license but it had all sorts of technicalities and Intel/AMD jewed them out of being able to make x86 CPUs so they had to rely on ARM (and have made several noine of which were particularly great) and were even going to straight up buy ARM but US/EU fags got butthurt and nixed that (even though it would have been the best possible outcome for Arm). So anyway this is nothing new or ground breaking at all simply the next iteration of an ongoing product line that's existed for at least 15 years if not 20.
