The appeal of the trump card is that you don't have to pay taxes on non-american sourced income. Basically, you get a way better deal than American citizens.

The real issues are two: it needs an act of congress to actually be a law. I don't see how Trump can just make that by EO and make it stick past democrat presidents.
The second is that America fucking sucks. I visited America with a very pro-American mindset. I left disgusted. What a shithole. The difference between propaganda and reality is insane. It's one of the worst countries in the world when it comes to living standards. Food is horrible. Extreme crime. Low quality everywhere except for restaurant staff (at the cost of 20% tips).
Americans fundamentally lack self-respect because they accept living in shit as a fact of life and think that's how it's supposed to be.
