im still using a RX 5700 XT that I bought used for like $150 like five years ago, werks fine to run games that don't require RT at a range from 30-60FPS on medium-ultra settings at 1440p. I have zero intent of giving a GPU that doesn't have atleast a 100% performance increase and double the VRAM anywhere close to 1k dollars, surely the prices will drop one day haha

i dont play those monster hunter games, it runs baldurs gate 3, clair obscur expedition 33, kingdom come deliverance 2, silent hill 2 etc for me. the only game i'd want to play and can't is doom the dark ages, but from what i've seen it isnt as good as eternal and 2016 anyway

i know you can make indiana jones run somehow on linux, but i couldn't see how to make dark ages work at playable fps. and linux always comes with tradeoffs of not working for anticheat games i play, but its such a beast budget card that its still unbelieavable to me how cheap it was
