you know steam deck has an ssd inside?
why would you care if you lost game files?

It's good for any game up to PS4 era, after that's it still work, but more and more games make use of SSD speeds.

Get a good A2 V30 and you will be fine. It's noticable with more recent games though compared to SSD, especially with games like Ratchet&Clank that are supposed to load isntantly.
It also reduces your download speed to 15-20MBs

in my experience sdcards are not reliable for anything. Never put anything on them you don't care about losing. They're fine in the steam deck though, since the games can just be downloaded again. Just make sure to get U3 class one or better though, like the one in the picture.

SD cards have shit write endurance, but for a mostly read-only usecase they should be fine.

What kind of retard can't follow simple instructions. Get the fuck off of /g/ if the prospect of opening an electronic device is too much for you.
