Cardboard PC case
I'm poor and realized I can save like $60 on my build by just using cardboard as my PC case. What steps should I take to make sure it's properly ventilated and such? Would it even work? This is really just theory

Don’t use cardboard it will catch on fire. Use a plastic milk crate. It comes pre ventilated

It's supposed to be metal for proper grounding (ti improve stability).
Note some of the screw holes on the motherboard have metal around them - they are for grounding.

So I suggest using pizza boxes with aluminium lining.
