It was funny. I hadn't read it recently but I bet it had been full of ban evasion bans because the mods are so shook about 4gay that they're purging posts by browsers they don't recognize. Plus if someone is kidposting and they're not GR1 b&, that kidpost could be listed on that page, which would make the yannies furious.

4bans is still alive, probably scraping archives to correlate posts somehow. It was always better than the ban page anyway. Much like everything built by the 4chan community has always been better than what's officially released.

There's so many problems currently it's embarrassing. As >>105617499 points out, they've removed any way to give user feedback.
The problem is, the feedback form wasn't enough anyway, there was no direct feedback, you may as well have been throwing your letter into the void. For all we know they didn't even read them.
/qa/ was deleted and no meta-board has been added since. Meta threads are deleted from boards, in fact this thread may soon be deleted.
Ideally, a /qa/ replacement would be added. /q/ for "questions" or /mt/ for "meta". The reason being is direct feedback NEEDS to happen. Right now you cant say anything to Team 4chan directly. You want ACTUAL responses, not just sending off a letter and hoping someone thinks your idea is good.
As for OP's question, they probably changed it because you'd see how many unfair bans are handed out.
