Is it possible to change the theme of the window manager on Cinnamon separately from the GTK theme like what is possible on MATE
I like cinnamon that's just my main gripe with it, which is why I'm having trouble deciding (although it's basically inconsequential)

I don't recall this tbqh. Although from what I remember I think XFCE might have a separate gtk theme thingy, but this was years ago so they might've changed, please take this with a grain of salt :/

Both just donโ€™t have the manpower to maintain and update the DE and their softwares.
XFCE is the best compromise we have. Consider window manager.
