Is it possible to change the theme of the window manager on Cinnamon separately from the GTK theme like what is possible on MATE
I like cinnamon that's just my main gripe with it, which is why I'm having trouble deciding (although it's basically inconsequential)

Both just don’t have the manpower to maintain and update the DE and their softwares.
XFCE is the best compromise we have. Consider window manager.
