Did something happen? I thought uTorrent was depricated scamware now.

qB gives you more options for torrenting like downloading in sequencial order (great for watching tv shows when the torrent isn't done yet)
It also has built in torrent search engines, shows more data and an arguably better interface.
Transmission wins in having a local server because you could connect to a remote session from the desktop app though.
