This is the superior way to read. I have gone through entire books using this method and it felt effortless. I use a Firefox extension to read articles but there have been many others that got abandoned over the years, one of them was called "Spritz" (offering 4chan gold to anyone who remembers it).

You might have also heard of "Bionic Reading" which I find horrible and outclassed by RSVP.

This is useless. If you're reading books with any substance in them, this will harm your understanding of the material. If you're reading nothing of substance whatsoever, this will create an experience which will differ from the intended one by the author, and you will miss subtle nuance because that's what happens when you don't slow down and read very carefully. Consider suicide.

Wait, so this turns normal legible text into those fucking retarded and gay one word at a time tiktok style captions? Jesus Christ, how horrible. What the fuck is wrong with you OP? Are you that mindbroken by the internet?
This has got to be the most idiotic thing I've come across today (so far).

>This is useless. If you're reading books with any substance in the
books?
the OP is about articles, he clearly said that.
cant even fucking read 4chan typing about how he wants a book.

IF YOU RETARDS ACTUALLY TRY THIS SHIT INSTEAD OF JUST WHINING AND BITCHING YOULL SEE ITS REALLY FUCKING COOL.
its basically like listening to audio at a point. because your eyes are not moving at all, this is good for eye muscle strain. and the feed is so instantaneous (and you do still parse it) that it feels like some matrix feed zapping into your brain.
i havent used the software in OP but i have used similar things before, and even dabbled in making my own thing. its interesting for sure.

It precedes ``the tick tock'' by at least 2 decades. You're the brainrotted one.

Hate this shit.
I don't read a single word at a time, I take in the whole block of text and I can read incredibly fast if I choose to.

That's cool and all, but I have no actual use for it. If you just want to speedread through slop you might as well ask an LLM for a summary.

There are a few apps for Android but haven't found anything for desktop. You could try using your browser and some workaround.
