Kick doesn't allow anything remotely nazi. If there's anything it's more lax on it's just the misguided idea of banning misinformation, and that's just because it doesn't pull the large number of views needed for advertisers to start paying to ban whatever they want to call misinformation. The only reason it existed was because Twitch banned gambling on stream, a decision they reversed shortly after Kick showed up. Kick basically operates at a loss sustained by a bunch of gambling websites.
You know why that guy is calling it evil? It's because OBS is funded by Twitch and Twitch wants to maintain its status as the only streaming site anyone can make a career on, so they ban the competition. That's it.
