No, Archinstall does not store LUKS passphrase in plaintext. That behavior was a bug in versions prior to v2.4.2 (released April 2022) and didn't do anything even then.

yeah Windows Recall taking a screenshot of what you do every few seconds and storing it in an unencrypted sql db is not a bad thing
