It's very comfy this way. It's like jumping in a time machine and going back to internet circa-2002. There are no bots, shills or shitposters that do not care about the discussion. On our applications and services that aren't centered around discussion there aren't any people attempting to ruin the service through ddos'ing and cracking. Requests for support is basically nil and when it does happen the other users typically answer it with a well thought out and written solution before I get the chance to do it myself.
