Framework at least on the laptop 13 gives you way better bang for buck in my opinion than Fairphone does. Mostly because it is actually a performant device on par with what you get for similar prices, and then you can upgrade one part at a time, which you can't do on the Fairphone.

Until now what set the Fairphone apart from its competitors was that no one was doing even the bare minimum on the front of reparability, with the new EU regulations however I fear that the only thing that would make the Fairphone stand out is being Linux friendly.
