LLMs can basically refactor code and make it indistinguishable from the source. This means they can take GPL licensed code and turn it into proprietary software without anyone knowing about it.

The GPL's intention was to proliferate freedom, and this very freedom is now used as a weapon against it, so this probably needs to be addressed in GPLv4.

Even ignoring the fact that the GPL would never be changed to include that, LLMs are not bound by licenses. People are. The LLM would have no reason to read through the license file if someone wanted to launder the code.
