Absolutely impossible to disable. Search "disable task overflow menu", the first result is an Indian (surprise) Microsoft Employee lying and telling you to change a completely irrelevant setting which everyone has said doesn't work. All reddit results say it's impossible to disable and recommend third party taskbar, I've tried all of them and they're all broken, janky and extremely limited in function, probably because they're functionality keeps breaking with updates.

Win10 was so bad it made me enraged just trying to use my computer on my newest laptop. I went back and installed 7 and I'm still on 7 to this day. The newer versions are that annoying that I still find it less painful to use an OS where I have to do hacky shit to get software to run.

Linux Mint or something with XFCE can feel a little bit like normal but under the hood obviously it doesn't function like windows
