Try Spark-TTS it runs locally on a GPU. Its pretty good at voice cloning from a 10 second sample.

What's the best local model to clone jp voices? I tried Alltalk XTTS, but I keep getting shitty results with it. Finetuning doesn't seem to do much either, and it seems like coqi's model is pretty old

The question is which ones are the best and if they're close enough in quality. AI stuff is an absolute swamp, it's very difficult to find anything because of how much slop there is out there, including TTS stuff.
