Chrome unfortunately for speed and memory efficiency on low-end devices, otherwise Firefox. Brave on IOS due to in-built adblocking (the IOS situation sucks).

There are. I use adguard, Baking Soda and Vinegar. Never see an ad. Youtube is ad-free in browser / pwa. PiP works.
