Potentially? I've heard the USB port is a notable weak point on ALL Samsung phones, from the cheapest A0-series to the flagships. I've had an S23 for 1.5 years and no problems with the build quality "so far", but my father had an A70 with port issues and a falling backplate towards the end of it's 5th year, then he had an A34 once again with port issues (says it's wet when it isn't), and a friend of mine had an A33 that he got rid of in favor of a Moto Edge 50 Neo because the port straight up stopped working.

It is my understanding that there are two commonly-understood uses of the term "unlock" in regards to smartphones (android more specifically):

Had to spend a whole week to remove all the bloatware and tracking, uninstalling apps, removing permissions, setting up restrictions, setting up DNS blocklist with NextDNS. Now after all this effort I have a phone that doesn't phone home that much (except Google services for work related apps inside my work profile), all that for the low low price of 250€ (have the 12GB RAM 512GB storage Poco F6).

Getting some buyers regret from the iPhone 15 I bought a year ago. Is new Xperia 10 still happening this year?
My old phone is kind of dying, and I need a new one (OLED, headphone jack, OIS, stock Android). My current options are either Xperia 10 VI or Moto G84, neither of which looks optimal. I'm leaning towards 10 VI, but it would suck to spend 400$ on it right before the release of an updated model.

how is the poco f7 pro? any issues like overheating etc? i need a new phone and it will be either s25 plus, f7 pro or the op nord 5 (depending on specs and price that will drop in a couple of days)

f7 pro is 300 bucks cheaper than s25 plus and it seems more than enough for me, but if there are problems with it as is usual with xiaomi id rather pay more since i plan to use it for some time

not sure if my wall socket is fucked, my surge protector or my anker usb c cable adapter. It suddenly stops charging then turns back on after a second and it repeats that over and over.

Because they have different networks with different coverage in certain areas. Verizon is a pain in the ass when it comes to device compatibility but they have by far the best coverage where I live.

I reached out to Google support and they confirmed that the $150 code can be combined with store discount but not other promo codes. I'm going to wait until the pixel 10 preorders are up to see if I can get it for $400 or less (doubtful), otherwise I'll wait until the Black Friday sale and go for a 9 or 9a with a trade in of my 6a + $150 store credit.

In the meantime I'm considering installing grapheneos to avoid the mandatory update that will gimp my battery life.
