Presumably. Huawei wants to release their homemade OS globally. It's completely cut off from Android and Google services, they need people to write apps for their phones so people can actually use them outside of China

chicks running these tech corporations assume most of their userbase has down syndrome and would never dream of looking too deeply into what they wrote. they mean their cringe and unknown language most likely stolen from a white man has ability to connect to some ai/dsp functionality, yet another unoriginal idea and something every language built by white men has been always able to do.
