nonetheless the scale at which ebavers can terraform is truly impressive. They can turn enormous tracts of dry land into swamps and marshes. They really should let beavers just go fucking wild out west, they're literally nature's permaculturists. sure it's annoying when you're hiking or driving and trying to get somewhere then suddenly out of nowhere a fucking swamp, but in the long run it's for the best. More water in the environment allows for more biomass and more biodiversity and ultimately creates more precipitation and and improved climate in a positive re-enforcement spiral.
