I fucking hate flossing so much it's unreal
Legit hate it I can't reach my back molars efficiently the fucking string snaps and it's difficult to get it out in the next days. The fucking drool all over my hands or the tightness around my fingers man I fucking hate this shit just thinking about it I want to kill niggers on the street in real life
What technology will help me get rid of this fucking chore. I never minded brushing my teeth or caring about my dental health, but this is fucking painful and insufferable I punched my mirror and broke it because I couldn't stop seething

I understand your plight, OP. Use a water flosser to ease you into creating the habit, but you'll need to get used to doing this with a string or with floss picks like in >>105795999. It'll hurt less the more you do it.

>>105796085
They also rarely lived past 30 and most craniums found of older people had cavities and were likely suffering daily because of poor oral hygiene. It's true that processed goyslop sugar in food IS one of the main factors behind modern teeth decay but bacteria, biofilm and food remnants stuck between your teeth severely contribute to gum damage if left unattended for long periods of time. Imagine going to the bathroom to do number 2 but never wiping. It's the exact same as not flossing.

This is the way. There's only one or two spots in my mouth where flooding actually feels necessary, brushing is good enough for most of it and those floss harps are got enough for the rest. I also occasionally use a waterpik for any shit that I missed but it's way too much effort for daily use

I asked a LLM about this, and it was surprised that I got a cheap cotton based truly expanding floss that never snaps (under 2 euros, 80 meters) and is soft on my gums even if I go hard on them.
This is why being european is superior and I'm laughing at amerimutts who call me poor.
I am missing all of my wisdom teeth because my jaw is too small, not my problem though.

I use these too, but the dentist complain because they can't get the sides of your teeth so easily which also needs to be flossed.

>>105796175
Just like everything in life, there's a genetic lottery. You won the lottery on teeth. Some people can brush, floss, and all the fancy bullshit and still need to see the dentist for expensive dental work. Where you can probably drink soda all day, brush once or twice, and still have sturdy teeth. Had a buddy in high school like that. Life is life.
I think these and a waterpik are the solution, if using a waterpik wasn't annoying to use.

My teeth are perfect but I do have gum disease and receding gums. Dentist keeps saying to floss but I find it physically impossible. Finally found out about these things and was able to use them. My gums were pissing blood everywhere the first few times but now that doesn't happen and the dentist says my gums seem to be healthier. I know it's not as good as flossing but it's the best I can do.

Yes, they did. A lot of them died as babies and children, bringing the average life-expectancy significantly down. but those that survived childhood could typically get to 70 years or older.

There has never been conclusive evidence that flossing actually improves dental health. Look it up, I'm not joking. The flossing trials from the ADA only lasted 2 weeks on 2 dozen people, that's not enough time to bare results or a wide enough sample size. They're also funded by the 2 billion dollar flossing industry. All you need to do is brush your teeth thoroughly at least twice a day and throw in some mouth wash.

Flossing is outdated. It's the old health recommendations meta. Turns out flossing isn't that good at removing small pieces of shit from in-between your teeth and they're designed in a way that make it easy to hurt your gums. The new meta is using interdental brushes, it sucks up all the small food debris and it's actually good against plaque.

Use nitrile gloves and put rubber fingertips on the fingers that press the floss into the teeth.

This will make flossing painless and fun.

I've been doing this for decades and I floss after every meal. It will also allow you to press the floss against the teeth much harder and generally be more thorough.

No you retard you got memed by a retarded medical cult.

If it was some decades back they be pushing for you to get lobotomies or some shit.

It makes no sense and brushing + water works perfectly simply get the food out of your mouth.

You and the rest of your cult are to fucken retarded to realize that if you floss then you increase the gaps between your teeth and thereby increase the risk of them rotting. This is basic logic however beyond the medical cultists understanding.

If you want healthier teeth, you can genuinely take 5,000 international units of vitamin d every other day, and definitely take vitamin K2 10 micrograms per 1,000 international units of vitamin d as vitamin d helps bring calcium into your body and circulate it around. That's very important. However, it's also a hormone but we won't get into that, the reason you add K2 is cuz you don't want that calcium flying around your arteries cuz it will cause coronary artery disease. Essentially you want to just take the K2 so it brings it into your bones

Which will help your teeth immensely

You should look up cavity rates in people that don't don't have vitamin d

It's amazing they don't talk about this as much because all fluoride does. Is it turns hydroxyapatite into fluoroapatite

Which is stronger than hydroxy. But that's the only thing it's like. That's your enamel of your teeth. It also makes them more brittle kind of like taking a big giant like sword, sticking it in the flame and then like rapidly cooling it. It locks in the it locks and I don't want to be too smart on you. It locks in the electrons. We'll say you know I'm making a joke here, the point being

The more you heat and then cool a sword. The more brittle yet hard it becomes

So it's similar to this kind of an ideology of use a lot of toothpaste

And that's skeletal fluorosis. And yeah you do get actually a pineal gland that is fluoridated because I'm not going to lie here. This is unfortunate, but there is like a rock in your head. It's actually your brain's way of filtering out fluoride which essentially pretends to be a hydrogen ion and can get through the blood brain barrier

I forgot why I like this place. You know I really do like this g thing. I'm sorry I'm talking to voice to text so if this comes off fucked up blame the Google Pixel

Dr. Weston A. Price, a pioneering dentist in the early 20th century, found that traditional diets rich in fat-soluble vitamins like D and K2 were linked to perfect dental arches and resistance to tooth decayโ€”even without modern dental care.

Well that's just incorrect. I mean I can send you a video I actually will right now that is from the 1920s and people are just healthy. You got to realize that a lot of people lived outdoors and teeth were not that big of an issue. That's actually a very big misnomer, there has been toothpaste and stuff around for a long time and there's been brushing for years all the way down to the medieval ages

Besides the retarded "dead by 30!" claim, fucked up teeth often came from rocks and shit in the bread people, say from Egypt until the middle ages, were eating. Look at hunter gatherers and they have great teeth. There's this photo of some Aus Abbos who were still living traditionally and had great teeth. Shit like lots of sugar (and shitty bread with grit in it from bad stone mills) fucks up teeth.

I use floss picks and since I started drinking neutralized vingear I feel like my teeth quality has improved. I also take vit-d+k almost every day. Its summer here and I have really high levels of vit d3 now so I don't take it every day in the summer.

Highly based
picrel repaired some micro enamel fractures that used to be visible with a flashlight, no longer sensitive to cold
My dentist started seething about "conspiracy theory" after hearing I avoid flouride
>Yet my teeth and gums are fine and don't need any intervention yes? Heh sure I'll consider your advice.

Flouride is a toxic IQ lowering meme, thoughbeit water supply is a bigger concern than toothpaste
Avoid alcohol mouthwash
Xylitol gum after a meal if you can't brush
Floss/waterpik/interdental if you want I rarely bother
Pure copper tongue scraper maybe useful

>Overpriced crap
Sure, if you buy the most expensive option and only buy the brand's heads. I bought a $50 Sonicare from Walgreens and a 10 pack of replacement heads from Amazon for $10 in 2019. Still have a few heads left since I don't religiously replace them every 3 months like they want you to. Battery still holds a charge seeing as I don't charge it like a retard either.
Not sure what secret motor skills you need since you still need to move the brush like a normal one, but it just vibrates vigorously for you.
