No worries if you are, the average IT worker is barely 100 iq anyways. The most talented/smartest people in tech are autists that spend all day distro hopping. 80% of succeeding in tech in the USA is your ability to brown nose and know just barely enough to pass a technical interview, the higher your iq is above 120 the worse you become at brown nosing/virtue signalling at the office. Depends on who you work with for that you need to be able to read people. If theyre liberals or even better if theyre also larping as a gender then yes youll fit in better. If theyre centrists or gen x or something like that then they probably wont even hire you if you try it during an interview
