Tokens are a measurement of the 'words' that the model is taking into account before giving a response. Context length is the maximum amount of tokens that the model will take into account to give an answer.

In silly tavern, there is a slider that tells you how many tokens an output (a response from the model) is. You want your context length to be higher than this amount of tokens.
